• Customer had outdated Cisco CUCM hardware.
• Upgrading the hardware along with Cisco licenses was too expensive.
• The client wanted a solution that was unified but less expensive.

SOLUTIONS

• The Solution presented to the customer is Teams DR with Ribbon SBC.

OUTCOME

• The customer can now use his MS Teams to make external/internal calls
• They can work from anywhere and still be able to accessible on his extension.
• They were also able to get rid of Cisco CUCM.
• As a protect of existing assets customer was still able to utilize his cisco hard phones which was compatible with Ribbon SBC.
